How would you describe your photography style?

We strived to provide truly unique experiences to all of our clients.  Our passion is to capture truly authentic moments of intense happiness and joy in a very cinematic way.  Our understanding our lighting, composition, sound, and imaging allows us to create memorable pieces of art. Then we produce a hand-crafted platform for you to enjoy for years to come and to share it with others.

What is the Felicity Moments process ?

Our process at Felicity Moments is quite simple.

• Book a consultation with our team
• Meet the team
• Book our team to capture your event by making a deposit.
• On-boarding process begins
• Connection meetings leading up to your event
• Images are delivered to you digitally

Do you offer consultations? How can I book one?

Yes, we do offer a 15 min complimentary consultation. You can reach out to us through our contact page by filing out the form.

Do you shoot digitally? With film? Or both?

We shoot both photos and video with digital cameras. This will ensure the
best quality of your most memorable moments.

How do I know how much time to leave for photos?

The amount of time dedicated to photos really depends on what is important to you on your wedding day. Whether you would like us to capture a special performance or spending time mingling with guests at cocktail hour…all of these elements will help to inform the flow of your day and how much time you choose to invest on photos. With over 20 years of experience, our team can guide you by discussing what is important to you during a consultation.

Why is Cinematography an important investment for my wedding day?

Cinematography not only enhancing your experience, but it allows you to relive your moments. Our teams approach is story centred. Our team immerses ourselves in your special day in order to capture all your authentic moments with your bridal party, friends and family.

PRICING & PACKAGES

What is included in your collections?

Depending on the collection you have selected, our Photography collections include a lead photographer, a lighting assistant and digital delivery of the footage. Our Videography collections include, a lead cinematographer, an assistant, editing services, digital delivery and USB drive.

Can I customize a collection to fit my needs?

At this moment we do not offer customization of our collections. But we are happy to discuss your vision and find the best package to make your day as memorable as possible while accomodating your budget. 

How many hours are included in each package? What is the cost of extra hours?

Depending on the collection you have selected, our hours vary between 4 to 12 hours of shoot. Extra hours are $300 + HST per hour. 

Do you offer retouching or other corrective services?

Yes we certainly do. This can be discussed during our consultation and further in the planning, leading up to your wedding.

AVAILABILITY

Is my wedding date available?

Who will be the one shooting my wedding?

The Felicity Moments team is made up of a hand picked group of bespoke creative. We will craft your love story in a form of art that you will be thrilled to share.

How many other weddings will you photograph that weekend?

We book no more than two weddings in one weekend.

Do you bring a second photographer or assistant?

Depending on the collection you have choosen. We may have a second photographer or assistant with us on your wedding day. 

LOGISTICS

Do you travel outside the GTA?

Yes, we travel outside of the GTA. We define the GTA as Vaughan, Scarborough and Mississauga. We also love destination weddings. 

Do you accept payment in installations?

Yes, we accept payment instalments. This can be done by arranging equal
payments until the last payment, which is generally made one week before
the event date.

How far in advance should we book your services?

Great question! Just to be safe, reach out as soon as you start your planning, especially if you’re wedding is on a Saturday or fall on a holiday between April and October (the busiest months for us). It’s also not uncommon for couples to book their wedding with us before they have selected a venue, so don’t hesitate to reach out as soon as you’re ready. After a consultation with us, all you need to do is make a deposit to secure your date.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Deposit are non-refundable. If your event needs to be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate your new date.

PRINTS & ALBUMS

Do you edit all of the photos?

All photos are edited to Felicity Moments standards. High end retouching
may be an additional cost.

How long after the wedding will we receive the images?

You can expect to receive your images at 90-120 days after your event is
captured.

Will the images be accessible online? For how long?

Yes, we create a photo gallery for you to view their images. You can then
download and save your images. Images are available on the gallery for
approximately 12 months.

How many photos can we expect?

The number of photos you will receive varies, depending on the colletion you have selected. Our starting point is from 150 photos up to 450 photos.
